Today wasn't so bad. I'm actually not hungry at all, which I guess means my appetite depressant is doing it's job. And even when I see other food I don't feel like caving in. But I do wish I could eat it though lol. At any rate:
Day Two [Morning]
Breakfast: [8am] Optifast Strawberry Shake
Mid-morning Snack: None
Day Two [Afternoon]
Lunch: [2pm] Optifast Chicken Soup
Midday Snack: [9pm] apple (yes, after dinner. sorry.)
Dinner: [7pm] grilled chicken, small salad
Drinks: fruit punch flavored water, diet snapple [raspberry]
Exercise: [while volunteering] walk kids to school and back, and played football with them.
