Day Four

So today...I woke up at 1pm XD I know, horrible. So I didn't eat as much as I should have, and that left me very light headed and just crappy overall. So yeah.

Day Four [Morning]

Breakfast: None (woke up late)

Mid-morning Snack: [2pm] Optifast Chocolate Bar


Day Four [Afternoon]

Lunch: [4pm] Salad w lettuce, pieces of ham and turkey, light ranch (not a lot)

Midday Snack: none

Dinner: [10pm] Optifast Vanilla Shake

Drinks: diet snapple (raspberry), water

Exercise: None.

Weight=158.5
