Day Three
So today I kinda felt like crap. Mostly last night though. Probably because my stepbrother put a burrito in the microwave for 25 minutes instead of 2, and almost burnt the house down. The smoke smell is still on the middle floor of the house. Thankfully not in my room. But I think that's what gave me a head/stomachache yesterday. And today. And may I add, it sucks to work next to the food court. Good thing I don't actually work with food, or this diet would be a lotttt harder to do ;)

Day One/Introduction
Introduction:
So I'm going on this 'diet'.
Cause I'm kinda fat.
Not really fat. But fat enough to want to lose weight.
So.
I went to the doctor last week and got blood work and whatever and I'm really healthy on the inside. Just need to lose weight to stay that way (I have a really bad family history of diabetes, high cholesterol, the works).
And I started my 'diet' today.
I eat this stuff called 'Optifast', which is a meal supplement. It's actually not that bad. Really. Like the vanilla shakes taste like vanilla shakes. Mmmmm. And I made it so I can eat one real meal a day (cause drinkings that stuff and the soups could drive me crazy) and I can eat like these stoffer meals which aren't bad. But they aren't really really good. This is going to be hard. But sooo worth it. I'm going to be a hot mama by the time college starts in the fall. Heck yes.
Every day, I'm going to keep a log on what I eat and if I can squeeze in exercise (I'm a busy person). And the weight that I have every morning. And anything that I think would effect my weight.
Alright, here we go:
[Disclaimer:] Optifast is only available through certain nutritionists. If you are thinking about serious weight loss, contact your doctor. He'll recommend a nutritionist for you. This is not the cheapest way to get thin, but it's the fastest and scientifically safe.
Day One [Morning]
Breakfast: [8am] Optifast Orange Julius

- 6/8oz of water
- One packet of Optifast Vanilla Shake powder
- One packet of orange flavored Crystal Light to-go powder

Midday Snack: [4pm] Optifast Chocolate Bar
Dinner: [10pm] Optifast Chocolate Shake
Drinks: tropical citrus vitamin water [10 calorie], water, raspberry white tea flavored water
Exercise: Bike ride to park and back with sister.
Weight=161
Thanks for reading! Perhaps later I'll post some 'before' pictures. Yeah. Sounds good.
